Program Description

ManagedKube offers SMS messaging services for two-factor authentication (2FA) and account security notifications. By opting in to receive text messages from ManagedKube, you will receive automated SMS messages for authentication purposes and important security alerts related to your account.

Opt-In Process

Customers provide opt-in specifically when enrolling into our website at managedkube.com. The opt-in process is self-service and occurs during:

  • Account creation when you provide your mobile phone number
  • Account settings when you enable SMS capabilities for two-factor authentication
  • Any time you explicitly request SMS notifications for account security

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS) from ManagedKube. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from ManagedKube.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and authentication attempts. You may receive recurring messages for:

  • Two-factor authentication when you log in
  • Security notifications about your account
  • Account verification during setup

Typical users receive 1-10 messages per month, but frequency may be higher based on your login activity and security settings.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. ManagedKube does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you for messages sent and received. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP - Text STOP to any message from ManagedKube to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS communications
  • Reply HELP - Text HELP to receive help and additional information about the SMS program
  • Account Settings - You can also disable SMS notifications in your account settings at managedkube.com
  • Contact Support - For additional assistance, contact us at support@managedkube.com

After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from ManagedKube. If you wish to opt back in, you will need to enable SMS in your account settings.

Supported Carriers

ManagedKube SMS services are available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected for text messaging purposes, including your mobile phone number, will be used solely to deliver the requested messages and will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We explicitly guarantee:

  • No mobile information will be sold to third parties or lead generators at any time
  • Your mobile phone number will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes
  • We will not use your mobile information for any purpose other than delivering the SMS services you requested
  • We maintain strict data protection and security measures to safeguard your mobile information

Terms and Conditions

By opting in to our SMS service, you agree to these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that:

  • You are the mobile phone account holder or have the account holder’s permission to opt in
  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

  • You understand that you can opt out at any time by texting STOP
