Program Description

ManagedKube offers SMS messaging services as an AI assistant that provides personalized recommendations, flight information, service updates, two-factor authentication (2FA), and account security notifications. By opting in to receive text messages from ManagedKube, you will receive automated SMS messages from our AI assistant along with authentication codes and important security alerts related to your account. Messages may contain URL links, telephone numbers, emojis, and other rich content to enhance your experience.

Opt-In Process

Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages from ManagedKube. SMS consent is required to use SMS services but is not required to create an account, purchase services, or use other features of the ManagedKube platform. Users may complete all primary actions (account creation, purchasing, contacting support, etc.) without providing SMS consent.

Opt-in is collected via a clearly labeled, required checkbox on our website at managedkube.com for those who wish to use SMS services. The checkbox appears in standalone opt-in forms and is never bundled with acceptance of Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any other mandatory agreement.

You may opt in through any of the following methods:

  • Web form: Check the required SMS consent checkbox on the opt-in form at managedkube.com to use SMS services.
  • Account settings: Enable SMS capabilities for two-factor authentication in your account settings after account creation.
  • Explicit request: Any time you explicitly and separately request SMS notifications for account security.

By checking the SMS consent checkbox and submitting the form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS) from ManagedKube, including messages from our AI assistant with recommendations, flight information, service updates, authentication codes, and security notifications. Messages may contain URL links, telephone numbers, emojis, and other content. Your consent to receive SMS messages is required to use SMS services but is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from ManagedKube, nor is it required to create an account or use other features of our service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity, assistant interactions, and authentication attempts. You may receive recurring messages for:

  • AI assistant recommendations and responses
  • Flight information and travel updates
  • Service updates and notifications
  • Two-factor authentication when you log in
  • Security notifications about your account
  • Account verification during setup

Message frequency will vary based on your usage and interactions with our AI assistant, login activity, and security settings.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. ManagedKube does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you for messages sent and received. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP - Text STOP to any message from ManagedKube to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS communications
  • Reply HELP - Text HELP to receive help and additional information about the SMS program
  • Account Settings - You can also disable SMS notifications in your account settings at managedkube.com
  • Contact Support - For additional assistance, contact us at support@managedkube.com

After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from ManagedKube. If you wish to opt back in, you will need to enable SMS in your account settings.

Supported Carriers

ManagedKube SMS services are available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected for text messaging purposes, including your mobile phone number, will be used solely to deliver the requested messages and will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We explicitly guarantee:

  • No mobile information will be sold to third parties or lead generators at any time
  • Your mobile phone number will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes
  • We will not use your mobile information for any purpose other than delivering the SMS services you requested
  • We maintain strict data protection and security measures to safeguard your mobile information

Terms and Conditions

By opting in to our SMS service, you agree to these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that:

  • You are the mobile phone account holder or have the account holder’s permission to opt in

  • You understand that you can opt out at any time by texting STOP
